Q: My normal outside shoe size is a uk 5 what would you recommend for size in these?

It depends on the width of your foot. These are medium width so on me I take my street shoe size of 5.5

I'm not sure about the width fitting when mine arrived it said C on the package and although I don't have a narrow foot I still feel it is a little wide. I usually take a size 5 outdoor shoe and just went up a half size (5.5) but I think a 5 would have been ok because of having a room in the width. They are really comfortable especially at the back which is what I need most.
