No you don’t attach to a computer. You need to buy an adapter if you want to attach a camera.

I don't think there will be any difference in the operation of the scope ie. The computer side of it and the set up .The only proberbal difference is the size of the lense ie (focal lenth).I would Google it to find out.All depends on how you want to view objects.
