Is this goon on glass or ceramics ?

I think this paint is rubbish. To get a good glitter effect you have to use multiple layers. It does work on glass and ceramics but the effect is patchy. I’d look at something else

I think it will be fine, so long as you put a good layer of varnish over once dry ...
