This is an excellent rice cooker - I’m very happy with my purchase. The rice it makes is the most delicious I’ve ever tasted. I’ve also cooked chicken with vegetables and beef in it, and even baked a cake - everything turned out perfectly. I also really like the voice guidance and sound effects, the sounds are very pleasant. My only suggestion would be to make replacement sealing rings and an additional inner pot available for purchase separately.

To najlepsze urządzenie jakie ostatnio kupiłem. Przed nim korzystałem z marki Xiaomi w wersji z podgrzewaniem indukcyjnym i ryż był ok. Natomiast jakość wykonania tego sprzętu, ilość opcji i to jaki ryż przygotowuje to jest inny poziom. Bardzo polecam!

Despite finding a hair in a non-user-accessible area, I am still giving this product 5 stars. The issue does not affect the functionality of the rice cooker in any way and appears to be related to production or servicing rather than the product design or performance. The cooker itself works perfectly and delivers excellent results. I have returned this product due to the issue mentioned, but I will give it another try and reorder it. I hope the next unit will arrive without any foreign objects and maintain the same excellent functionality. After removing the inner rice bowl, I noticed a hair located inside the cooker body, along the inner wall just below the rim where the inner pot sits. This area is not accessible to the user and cannot be disassembled during normal use, as the round metal heating plate and surrounding structure are fixed and not designed to be removed by the customer. For this reason, it appears that the hair may originate from the production or servicing process, rather than from normal household use. The hair was not found inside the cooked rice itself but within the internal chamber of the appliance. I have attached a photo with the location marked in red for clarity.
