Das ist ein riesiger Unterschied zum Zerkleinern mit der Universalklinge.Zeit und Aufwand gespart: Was früher eine mühsame Reibearbeit von Hand war, ist jetzt in Sekundenschnelle erledigt. Prima di acquistarlo chiesi se era valido per grattugiare del parmigiano stagionato. Le risposte non sono state chiare, ma dopo averlo provato devo dire che anche se stagionato lo grattugia davvero molto bene.
