I like this a lot. It is not a steamer. It’s more like a heating pad on your head but it does the job for penetrating hair for deep conditioning. I wish that the was an automatic feature for the time. You can set it to 20, 30 or 40 minutes, however you have to watch the clock as there’s no digital display countdown. I gave it a 4 for this reason. The fit is amazing and is adjustable. The cord length is long enough to move around without feeling constrained. It’s very lightweight, comfortable and durable. I would recommend.

I love this thing! I'm using it off-label to help with migraines. I was looking for something with 360° heat that stays hot for more than a few minutes, since most things I found only had heat on the forehead or ears, or warmed up via microwave and cooled off quickly. I just bought this product. I love it! It has just the correct temperature I want to use. I don't like it to hot. I put on my hair treatment twice a week and use this item once a week so the treatment will penetrate more. It leaves my hair very soft after I wash it. I like that it gives you different time selections. I typically leave it on for 20 minutes while I browse the internet, read a book or watch tv. Its very easy to use and it doesn't weigh any ting. Better yet there's no noise at all and the quality is very good. Also, the size was perfect.
