Are these crispy or soft?

Should be crispy, if fresh. The package I got was stale, so they were soft, the fruit leather was very very chewy, more than they should have been. After all that, Pepperidge Farm created a very tasty product. I purchased some in a retail store - very good. I will probably not order any more on line just purchase in a store.

Is $12.16 the price for one 6.75 ounce bag of these cookies?

No Way. Someone is overcharging you. It's $3.29 at meijer and walmarts is $2.98

Is it just me or are these smaller than they used to be?

I don’t think so, but I started eating them only 3 years ago.

Why are the priced 4 times more than WM?!?

In our case, the price is determined by, cost + time+ availability + gas and Amazon fees + shipping and handling. We do try to make it as low as possible while still being able to continue to provide this item to customers. Of course, IF you can find them at WM, you should get them yourself at Walmart. The convenience of delivery to your door from Amazon does not come cheap. There are many factors to account for. This is for ANY item on Amazon Marketplace. Hope this answers your question.
