Elegant and Ergonomic
This is an excellent knife. It is acceptably sharp - although I have exercised particular caution using it so far and thus thankfully can't compare the sharpness with previous mishaps! Moreover, it comes with a blade guard which may be appreciated by those who just put their sharp knives in a draw with various other items. The weighting of this knife is excellent: not just is the overall weight decent, but the centre of mass sits beautifully in the handle.
