This is fantastic but I take it everyday And that's 3-4 caps 2x a day. Cerebral blood flow and if you work out any time within your dose, you'll notice a little bit more nitric oxide. Makes you more articulate. Something about it just feels nearer generative for my brain like I have seet to eat from football and brain damage this.I just stopped taking visual.And it's not shown in the improvement but I feel like my.I haven't had any regression either.And so this to me is very good neuroprotectivw supplement. Amazing synergy as well with many different supplements and even pharmaceuticals.
