Biltong cutter
What a great piece of kit ,cuts my biltong with great ease, make it look like shop bought ,very sharp ,so take care ,nicely made good quality 😀

Slightly disappointing
Cuts my biltong quite well but the blade doesn't always come down straight and it's hard judging where to cut the meat for thin slices.

Works as described , easy to attach blade and remove for cleaning.

Good product
The product is ok would have given it 5star if the blade was not curved due not cutting biltong all the way through when pressed up to the guide block. Easy to assemble and clean big enough for the cuts of biltong I am making.

Flimsy and uneven blade/knife
This biltong cutter is very flimsy. Once put together thoroughly the blade/knife is not aligned with the black area where it’s meant to cut down on, which results in completely uneven slices.

It’s not often that I ever leave a review as a lot of items purchased these days are ‘less than perfect’ compared to days of old where quality material and good engineering was the mainstay. Having looked very closely at the device it’s a rare form meets function with excellent ergonomic design with well thought out features. Double thumbs up!
