Can I fold this to fit in a standard carry on suitcase? (19 inches X 14 inches)

It is fine if you need to once or twice but repeatedly folding and compressing the bathtub tightly can damage it over time. This being said, to answer your question - yes, you can fit it in a 19 X 14 inch suitcase as long as you pack it carefully. Is it frameless —so that it could take on an oblong shape to fit in a very narrow tub?

So sorry! The bottom of the tub is a non bending circle. The 6 plastic legs that you insert are needed to fully support the weight of the water that will fill the tub. It doesn't give way to any bending without causing some kind of damage to the tub.

The product description says it is BPA free.

yes, I lean back in my tub. The weight of the water keeps the tub upright very well.;; and the ribs are strong that hold the top in place.
