I also needed assitance and seller fixed the issue right away.I will be other more for my colleagues =)UPDATE: After receiving the new batch the same issue, the pen write perfect at first and then it goes so faded as if it didnt have ink and it does. all of the pens do the same thing, terrible. 2 bad pen packages.

As a server, these are a 10/10! Love how it clicks and writes ! Takes about 2.5 seconds to become smudge proof and it’s so smooth !! 4 stars only because I wish it dried a smidge faster since I write so quickly!

Update:Seller reached out to me to ask about my experience and kindly offer to send me another. I am completely sure my first set has to be damages bec these are sooo juicy! They don’t transfer and are highlighter approved! Excellent seller and customer service!Old review:I don’t know if it was my batch or what but these are the worst pens I have ever used. They seem to be dry out of nowhere. I would be writing and BAM no more ink or very faded. They look so aesthetic but they are horrible and I am outside my window to return them Oh well. Would definitely not recommend.

These show and video to be very smooth riding without any scratchiness in the ink. Mine that I received are a little on the dry side they scratch some against the paper. They work but the ink flow is a little slow and scratchy for my liking. I have purchased other writech items that I like just fine and still use these are not my favorite. The body style and weight of the pen is very nice the features work as described. The ink flow is the only thing, I would give two stars.Update: Writech reached out to me and told me they were sorry the pack I got wouldn't write, and said they would send me a replacement. Must have been two months ago, still haven't gotten them. I understand bad batches, but make it write. And if not, let me let you know to save your money.
