Why does Ting contain 1500 mcg of Methylcobalamin (B12)?

We included 1,500 mcg of Methylcobalamin in Ting because clinical studies showed that high oral doses of Methylcobalamin are as effective as intramuscular injections in achieving blood and nervous system responses.

Can I take too many B vitamins?

Due to their low toxicity, the upper daily limits of B1, B2, B5, and B12 have not been established. However, the UL has been established for B3, B6, & B9 so you should not have more than 1 serving of Ting daily as to not exceed the UL of B9.

My jar has two desiccants, is this normal?

Yes! Ting can absorb moisture over time, so we added an additional desiccant to help keep Ting fresher for longer. Moisture absorption can cause changes in consistency, however, it does not affect the potency.

My Ting is hard/has clumps. Is it ok to use?
