Prodotto conforme alla descrizione e spedizione velocissima
Prodotto giunto con 5 giorni di anticipo sul previsto, si tratta della "Madagascar Bourbon" e non come segnalato da qualcuno della "Pure vanilla", quindi conforme a quanto descritto. Ricchissima di semi, aroma molto forte. Consistenza come una melassa, contiene zucchero ed addensanti naturali ma non alcool. A questo prezzo sicuramente molto più conveniente delle bacche intere, sufficiente una piccola quantità. Come con tutti gli aromi, se si esagera nell'uso il sapore diventa pungente e forse un po' plastico, ma solo a dosi davvero eccessive. I "puristi" utilizzino le bacche, per tutti gli altri amanti della cucina è a mio avviso un ottimo prodotto ed un ottimo compromesso tra prezzo e risultato ottenibile.

Empfehlenswerte Vanillepaste für die Eisherstellung
Wir nutzen diese Paste (präziser wäre es von einer dickflüssigen, sirupartigen Flüssigkeit zu schreiben) zur Eisherstellung. Kommt zwar an eine selbst ausgekratzte Vanilleschote nicht ganz heran (nur Mark!), ist aber trotzdem sehr aromatisch und daher empfehlenswert. Vanilleextrakt hat deutlich weniger Aroma, wird - anders als die Paste - hergestellt ohne Zusatz von Vanillemark. Durch den Zusatz von Vanillemark hat die Paste die typischen schwarzen Vanillepunkte. Im Prinzip ein guter Kompromiss unter Berücksichtigung der Kosten. Die Paste dieses Herstellers zählt für uns zu einer der besten auf dem Markt. Lässt sich prima dosieren.
