Full Detailed Review :-- BUILD QUALITY :- ---------------------- # The complete construction of chair is combination high quality Metal and Plastic. # Fabric used is of good quality as well. # Structural strength is awesome, as it practically handled 100+ kg person in my test. # Seating pad is sufficiently foamed, which give comfortable experience. # Almost every part of chair is adjustable to suit your comfort. # Swivel motion and castor wheels are smooth which adds to comfort. # Finally it has detachable design. So in case of part failure, no need to replace complete unit, just replace target part. COMPONENT's REVIEW :- ---------------------------------- # Pneumatic Gas lift :--> ================ * Its very smooth as well as strong enough to bear the load. * It can be adjusted upto 3.5 inches. * To push it down, you need to sit on it and then activate the lever. * It can be refilled, if needed. # Arm Rests :--> ========= * They have minimalist design and are adjustable. * Each arm rest can be independently adjusted upto 6 Levels. * They have Numbering on them, so you can match both at same level. # Tilt Feature :--> ========== * Chair can be tilted as well upto 105 degrees. * Importantly it has Locking mechanism, which locks the chair in desired Angle. * This is very unique feature that you may rarely get in the chair of this budget. * Tilt can be featured via Torsion Knob in the front bottom. # Head Rest :--> ========== * The Head rest is adjustable as well, with 3 adjustment points. * It can be raised vertically, swivel around its own axis and swivel over joint axis. * This facilitate perfect and comfortable sitting position. * Material used is comfortable and have mesh design for extra comfort. # Back Support :--> ============ * It has breathable mesh pattern which allows air follow. * Its extremely comfortable as well. * There's a Back support adjustment at the bottom as well. CUSTOMER CARE : -------------------------- # Its the best customer service I have came across yet. # I had few doubt regarding working of chair and I called at their Customer care number provided in description. Immediate solution was provided over the call. # It has 1 Year Warranty which is great. CONS : -------- None noted so far ( I will update if any arises ) VERDICT : ------------- Its indeed a value for money product. I am clocking over 6-7 hours on this chair since last few days and I must say its very comfortable. Most importantly it has multiple adjustments, which makes the chair even more comfortable, ergonomic and its user friendly as well. Value for money and easy to assemble

Working from home these days is getting tiresome for most of us who have to sit long hours in front of our laptops/desktops using our home furniture, which is not customised and suitable for such job. I was also facing such problem and used to miss my office chair a lot, which was of a known popular brand and very expensive. In order to ease my aching back and neck, I was looking for a chair that was ergonomically designed and had all the features of a professional office chair. After a lot of research, I cam across this chair, which has large number of positive reviews. The best part part was prompt support from the manufacturer. This chair with head rest, tiltable back, lumbar support and adjustable hand rest was the one which suited my requirement. Hence, I ordered it. It was delivered in a nicely packed condition on the very next day. The manufacturer took all care to ensure that the chair doesn't get dented or damaged during transit. The chair was in 4 parts and was very easy to assemble as it had all the instructions written on the assembly instruction sheet. The chair was ready to use in 5 minutes. To summarise, following are the pros of the chair : 1. Good quality material used. The back rest is airy and the seat is also made of absorbent fabric. The steel parts are also excellent. 2. The chair height can be adjusted to suit mostly all height of tables and computer screens. 3. The back of the chair can be tilted by around 15 degrees, but we do have an option of locking the back. 4. The chair has a profile for lumbar support, which can be pushed inwards or outwards based on comfort level. 5. The best part for me is that the hand rests can be moved up and down, based on your comfort and body structure. For those who are suffering from spondylitis pain, this feature is definitely a boon. 6. The head rest is also adjustable so that persons of varying back heights can have their heads rested comfortably. 7. The seat tilts along with the back, which does not strain the lower back and sacrum joint. This feature is definitely better than chairs which have only back tilt. The chair remains fully stable at any angle of back tilt. People who say so may not be correct. 8. The manufacturer is so friendly. As soon as they despatch the chair, they keep updating about the status. They automatically connect you on whatsapp on your registered telephone number to help us install the product, take feedback and provide support / warranty information (of course, if the user agrees so). 9. The chair is manufactured totally in Bharat and hence they carry a symbol of aatmnirbharta and make in India. Cons : No cons observed so far. To summarise, this product is excellent. You may get misguided by some negative reviews (for which the manufacturer is trying to clarify/rectify) but trust me, you will never regret buying this chair and getting value for money.

I would like to formally report that the chair assigned to me is in poor condition and is no longer fit for regular use. This chair was purchased from Amazon. Issues observed: 1. The screws repeatedly become loose and come off despite being tightened, making the chair unstable and unsafe. 2. The mesh on the backrest has detached, and due to excessive tension, it is extremely difficult to reattach. 3. At the time of purchase, it was mentioned that the backrest is adjustable. However, the provided chair does not have an adjustable backrest feature. Overall, the chair is defective, uncomfortable, does not meet the specified features, and is unsuitable for continued use. I kindly request that it be inspected and either properly repaired or replaced at the earliest to ensure safety and usability. Since it was purchased from Amazon, it may also be covered under warranty/return policy.

The product is very good. Comfortable and stable sitting experience suited as study chair for kids and office chair for others. The warranty for one year is also a great attraction. The warranty activation from the company was very easy and prompt.

I blame myself for my own decision to buy this product. Very uncomfortable. Finish of the (welding, etc) is substandard. Durability is questionable.

I think its q good product for office.. its stronger. Easy installing.. and comfortable using... Overall.. its good quality product. Packaging very nice.

Got defective product initially, Chair did not go up or down, then customer service sent me cylinder replacement and it worked, now chair works ok. Company should qualify check chairs before sending to customer
