They're bran flakes!
They have fibre in them is why I bought them, delicious with nuts, chia seeds, honey and ice cold milk. Not so nice with kefir, something tasted like fish either the flakes or the kefir, either way don't stray away from cold milk and you can't go wrong, shame they don't have a high protein content!
