I used to take these Hair, Skin, and Nails supplements routinely for years, and I know they made a difference. For some reason, I eventually stopped taking them and completely forgot about them. I haven't taken them in several years.Now at 62, I've noticed that my hair seems to be thinner than it used to be, my nails are more prone to breaking ( even though I keep them well maintained with regular manicures), and my skin just doesn't seem quite as vibrant as it once did. So when I came across these again, I decided to give them another try.I'm especially interested in seeing whether getting back into a consistent routine will support stronger nails and healthier hair and skin. Love this product. There are so many new products coming on the market that specialize in hair, skin, nail health. They could be wonderful products, but I have used this item primarily for mail health. I treatment self to a hand and nails pampering at a nail salon. The service was excellent. However? When I had the coating removed move. My nails were weak and damaged. This product took about a year to strengthen my nails. The growth in my natural nails ag proof in it’s self. is better before the nail

They say that beauty starts inward . I think vitamins are very important not just to keep us healthy but looking great ! Before I workout I always take my vitamins and drink lots of water . I have always loved taking vitamins to stay healthy and I am always looking around for new ones . I was so happy to find this Nature's Bounty hair skin and nails vitamin . I was wanting a hair , skin and nails vitamin that does what it says , actually helps my hair , my skin and my nails to grow and look healthy. I have noticed such a difference from taking this product my hair has grown and it's thicker , my nails for the first time are long and my skin is so much more healthier looking . I LOVE this product and I take it daily !!

Great multi vitamins that can stand alone. Yes, the daily dose is 3 capsules. And the dose covers many necessary vitamins. I enjoy supporting my health through supplements. These cover many areas PLUS they help me maintain my hair and nails. Also, I use a topical for my hair and brows. They will make your urine a strong color. They have a strong odor that was difficult for a chemo patient to stomach at some times. I recommend them and keep them on subscription.

This product works well for my fingernails. I usually always have long fingernails that are kind of thick. As for my hair, I don’t see that it’s done anything for it. My hair falls out and my skin is very dry. So it doesn’t help my hair or my skin, but it does great on my fingernails. For the fingernails alone, I will continue to buy this each month.

My nails improved so much .. can’t say it did anything for skin & hair..They should rename it…
