Good quality, perfect fit
Fit my 2012 Nissan Frontier short bed perfectly. Good quality. Easy to set up, roomy.

Great tent - kept me dry through a rainy night.
Used it a couple of times so far. As of now, it is holding up great. The very first night I used it, it rained pretty hard. No leaks at all. Easy to set up. Seems to be good quality that should last a while.

Decent tent, minor complaints but a good value
Used on a 2023 Tacoma with 5ft bed. I got the tent they recommend for the truck I have and it fit pretty well. Lucky me, got to test this out in some heavy rain and wind. I ordered this as a temporary shelter for my truck while I wait for a rooftent camper to be built. We spent 3 nights in the tent at 3 locations. The set up isn't quick or ideal, but it's not horrible. I'd recommend setting it up before going out. I did the first set up in my garage and was able to adjust all the hooks ahead of time. I arrived at great basin national park around 11pm and it was very windy and started raining as I began to set up camp. Doing having done it before hand really helped me know what to do and on what order. That night was very windy. I'd guess up to 30mph gusts, and rained most of the night. The tent held sup like a champ and stayed dry inside. I decided to leave the tent in the truck bed and put my camping bins on top to hold it down which wasn't a great idea. Second might it was raining very heavily as I set up camp, and the weight of the foam mattress made it hard to align everything. The back portion of the tent that keeps water from dripping into the bed flapped in the wind because it wasn't set in the bed properly. I wouldn't recommend doing that. I certainly won't be. Thirty night I set up in nice weather and before the sun went down. It was the best night of them all. Tent fit almost perfectly. My complaints are the pole quality. 3 nights and the pies are already bent. Maybe it's from the second night, but also they didn't seem to be the right size. Setting up and breaking down the poles was a pain. I'm used to the clips on my camping. This one you have to feed the poles through and it's just annoying. The kther thing I didn't like is the rubber nubs on the straps that hold the tent to the truck fall off very easily. Lost 2 the first night and almost lost a 3rd the second night. Not a big deal but I don't want to scratch my truck with the exposed metal. Overall, I would recommend it.

Perfect Fit and easy set up
Bought this for an up coming trip for a 2024 Tacoma. Did a test setup which I recommend. First , very easy to set up and quick. Did it on the ground not in the truck. At first I thought it was messed up because it wasn’t level, then realized the “A” poles (green markings) are meant to sit on the top edge of the bed and the “B” pole (blue marking) on the tailgate. “A” poles are shorter than “B” pole, perfect fit for the Tacoma. It comes with a rain guard as well. Poles are clever design the way they break down. The entire system fits in a small bag. Can’t comment on durability. Only concern is the metal hooks for securing the tent, concerned about damaging paint. I am going to wrap them with electrical tape.

Perfect!!
Truck pictured is a Toyota Tacoma 2019 - 5 ft bed. I want to say that inside there was plenty of room for both my husband and I to sleep comfortably, along with our little 12 pound shihtzu. We also were warmer than our friends inside the ground tent, perhaps since we were off the ground, so something to keep in mind if you are worried about being cold, you will likely be nice and warm in here (with proper blankets and such of course)! Setup did not take long with two people, and take down was much the same. very easy both to assemble and disassemble, even as this was our first time trying! Not much more to say other then we felt pretty cool having our truck tent and were comfortable! I opted for the aluminum rods, they seemed very sturdy and I'm sure will show to be sturdy and hold up better than the plastic in the long run. Pair with a camping mattress (we used Dikasun inflatable suv mattress as a perfect fit for our size truck bed) and you are set for a great camping experience! Can't wait to take this out on more trips!

Truck tent for Toyota Tacoma
This was the only Tent that would fit our 2003 Toyota Tacoma extra cab Pre-Runner. We have a 5 foot bed. I put it together and on the truck bed by myself. It was amazingly easy to do. I already had to return one that said it would fit. Very happy with the fit and look.

Great tent! Perfect for Tacoma.
Bought this for “light” camping (Florida campgrounds) and it works great. Setup is easy and fast, ends up feeling fairly secure and seals up well. With the added length of the tailgate down (5ft Tacoma bed), I use a twin size folding foam mattress (75” length) and am able to lay straight head to toe (I am 6ft). Overall seems like a great bang for the buck.

Great tent, waterproof, and windproof. NOT warm
This tent fits my short bed baby truck perfectly! The downside is that I have to remove my bed cover completely, but that's not a fault of the tent, just an inconvenience. I gave 4 stars ONLY because it is not a warm tent. I typically camp 8000' or above, and I think the lack of one more layer (rain cover) causes the tent to be colder. I would have given it a 4.5 star overall rating if I could have. HOWEVER, it has survived a VERY windy rain/hail storm with NO LEAKS! I don't have a video as I was under the pop up shelter holding it down due to the wind. The tent was great, again, no leaks! I use a tarp with my cargo net over it that helps a little with warmth, and I will be adding a blanket under the tarp for higher elevation as well. Unfortunately the tarp ends up covering the windows, but I can open the door window for air flow if needed. Overall, very satisfied with the tent, just wish it had an actual rainfly. Very easy to set up. Actually left tent in bed of truck with mattress inside, and just had to thread poles through once at camp. That made it very easy to "progressive camp", meaning moving from campsite to campsite. Another downside is that if you like to set up camp, then explore, you would either have to slide the tent out of the truck bed, or break down inside the truck bed. Not a fault of the design, just something to think about if you are a camper who likes to drive around during the day.

Purchased knowing it wasn't meant for the box style of a Maverick, but the price was the deciding factor. Quality seems good, all zippers function, no open seams or missing straps/buckles. Comes with a storage bag that is actually big enough to hold the tent/fly/pole bag once it's been set up and rolled back up to put away. The ability to shed water behind the cab is my only worry as Maverick doesn't have a gap between the cab and box, so I purchased a large rain fly to put over the everything from the cab way backward to create a dry area behind the truck to put shoes on etc. Maverick is a little shorter than the Ranger the tent is intended for, so fits a little loosely at the end of the tailgate but close enough, and the door zipper doesn't seem to have any issues. I'm pleased with this tent so far.

Love this truck bed tent. We have used it a couple of times now. So easy to put up and is the perfect size for the two of us. We even squeezed a medium sized dog in with us.

It fit well in my 2018 Tacoma with 5ft bed. It was supposed to be fiberglass poles but they are aluminum, one of which is already slightly bent after first use. Material seems thin and dew on the door seeped through a little so I will need to get a tarp to somehow cover it for extra protection. Instructions state to get some seam sealer and go over all the seams to make it waterproof.
