More work less Bull
Great seller arrived in perfect condition and on time. Good work also from the delivery driver. The bow classic will give you similar variety of exercise options as the first edition Bullworker (brown handles) or indeed the second edition Bullworker (green handles) owing to the cables (not straps as on any of the x5 models). Granted the straps offer better range of motion but there's plenty of exercises to be had with the bow classic in the excellent exercise manual and plenty of other options available online. The unit is top quality in regards to build. Unlike the first edition (brown handles) or second edition (green handles) which both have one fixed spring the bow classic comes with a selection of different strength springs to give even more variety to your workout. Whilst compressing the unit either pushing or pulling the action is extremely smooth and relatively quiet. Mine came with 5 different springs. The easiest one already fitted inside the unit and 4 others in the smaller pouch on the carry case. Stick to one of the Bullworker routines and you should see results. It's not cheap but should give you years of use.

Still as good 40 years on.
It's been 40+ years since I last used a Bullworker and it's still as excellent as I remember. Just a few minutes a day following the included guide and you'll see improvements in your health. With the 5 different resistance springs included it covers a huge range of capabilities, from new fitness addicts to season pros.

Fantastic!
I've previously used an old brown handled version that was passed down to me that recently came to the end of its life, just as I was ready to get back into fitness again! As you'd expect, over time the spring inside did get weaker. This prompted me to get the Bow Classic as a replacement. The build quality on it is exceptional. It feels like a premium product, but it's not heavy or cumbersome to use. One of the things I really like about this version is the hand grips on the ropes which are easy to move up and down depending on what the exercises are. Also, the moulded red grips feel great and there's no worry that I'll end up losing my grip on it when I'm working out. It's also good to see that it comes with 5 springs. Even though I'm not at the stage yet to use the higher resistance springs, I was able to go about the process of dismantling the Bow Classic to see how easy it is to do. It's really straightforward, and there's no way you could accidentally do unclip the mechanism mid workout. The bag that it comes in as well is really high quality and the non slip pad is a nice touch for doing exercises that require the Bow Classic to be planted on the floor. In short, it's a pleasure to use, and after even a short workout, you do feel like you've been put through your paces. Lastly, the book that comes with it is really useful as well. It's a hand pocket size and it has full colour diagrams of the exercises that you can do with it. As an added touch, it's also available to download online (I can't post the link here but it's on the Bullworker website) free of charge which will be a big help for those that are travelling and want to do a workout but don't have the book to hand. All in all, a highly recommended piece of workout equipment that is going to see a lot of use over the coming years.

Great addition to the home gym
Before buying this I relied on power twister bars for doing my chest exercises. They are OK, but as you become stronger, you have to buy new bars with more resistance, and if you have a lapse in concentration, the bar can turn and hit you in the jaw. This, I can tell you, is very painful. I wanted something that I could change the resistance of, that I could use without the danger of breaking my jaw and, as a bonus, that would be more versatile. This Bullworker fits the bill perfectly. The five resistance springs cover a range that will accommodate most people and they are easy to swap out. The Bullworker and the springs (plus a small rubber mat) all fit conveniently in to a carry bag for ease of transport or storage. The cables make it far more versatile than a power twister bar could ever be, great for for back and arm exercise. Having sung its praises, I have to say that the most useful apparatus in my home gym is a set of exercise bands in conjunction with some wall anchors, but this comes a close second. Third would come a set of heavy-duty resistance loops, good for the rotator muscles. I do not hesitate to award the Bullworker Classic five stars. I can now distract myself with watching YT videos, etc, without having to concentrate too much on what I am doing.

Bullworker - Isometric
I still have my original Bullworker from the 1980s and use it every week. I bought the Bow Classic 90cm to add adjustable resistance levels to my routine. Over time I’ve found it complements gym and machine work perfectly, helping me overcome sticking points by locking into isometric holds at any joint angle, it also provides supplementary stress patterns that standard lifts can’t replicate. The Bullworker Bow Classic 90cm isn’t a replacement for free weights or machines, but it’s a potent sidekick. If you face stubborn strength plateaus or want an ultra-compact trainer for travel (car boot), its isometric capacity and 5 adjustable springs fill gaps that your gym setup can’t. This is the best none-gym equipment for the money, great strength training product, would highly recommend.

Brings back good memories from when I was younger
I bought this as I have had a lot of surgery in my back and knees resulting in metal bits being put in. My movements are restricted and going down the gym has had to stop altogether. I spoke with my doctor about using a Bullworker again and he said go for it. Whilst I can't lie down to use it and some leg exercises are limited. I have adapted them to suit me and my body. As a result my upper body and back have become stronger and my posture is better. I am 59 and I am enjoying a regained level of fitness I thought I never would again. The Bullworker itself is well made and the three springs are easy to change over for different levels. I have managed to go from beginners to intermediate spring in just two months! Lol. Would really recommend it for newcomers and previous owners alike. Here's to good fitness to you all :-)

Best home Gym product you could ever buy!
Had a bullworker since my late teens , probably had around 4 different models and have spells were I use them then dont bother again for a month or so, but as with all exercise once you,ve done some you get the bug again. The bullworker is a genius piece of equipment , you can work any muscle group easily whilst watching tv or sitting down , the new Bullworker classic is for me at least the Rolls Royce of Bullworkers, the spring and slides are so smooth compared to older models allowing you to do correct form and smooth movements as you use it. Theres a couple of books you can get as well if you want more info, the Bullworker Bible is good it gives you a better understanding of the exercise routine and correct form. Anyway enough waffle get one of these Bullworkers and you will be hooked for life, I was and my son has one of my old ones too they are simply the best exercise equipment you could ever get for its size and flexibility Bullworker classic is Numero Uno for me!

The Bullworker is real quality.
I have been interested in getting a Bullworker for a long time. Finally I bought the Bow Classic from Amazon. It came within a couple of days and I have been using the Bullworker for a fortnight now and I am really satisfied that I am getting benefit from doing the exercises in the book that comes with it. I find some of the exercises easy and some challenging. The Exercise/instruction booklet supplied is well set out and easy to understand. It also comes with a carry bag, two extra springs and a small round rubber pad to use with some of the exercises. At present I am doing about a 15 minute Bullworker session a day straight after I have completed about 1 hour of lifting weights and aerobic exercises. The Bullworker has been a nice addition to my other training and it is fun to workout with. It is very well made, beautifully presented and solid as a rock!
