I really like this it's a good traction device wish it would stretch just a little bit more but it does a good job I would recommend it's comfortable and easy to use.

Excellent medical device for my needs at a very reasonable price point. I have scoliosis between my shoulder blades. Which is exacerbated by the fact I have “Forward Head” which adds disproportionate weight on my spine exactly where the Scoliosis (curve in my spine) is located. This device straightens my neck and head alignment with my spine removing that excess weight and thereby relieving my pain. It’s a device placed around my neck to straighten my head, so it’s not perfectly comfortable, but not too bad. At any rate the minor discomfort caused by wearing this device is literally nothing compared to the pain relief I gain by wearing it thirty minutes to an hour each day. I highly recommend this device.

shoulder support dig in, i don't think this is a one size fits all

I do not like the product especially considering g the price. It is cheap. The photo looks fancier than the cheap plastic it is. The pump feature is just for looks. I would not buy this again

Great device. Easy to use and provides gentle but effective traction for neck and shoulder relief. I can feel the difference after just a few minutes. The electric design makes it very convenient and the fit is comfortable. Perfect for home use.

Is hard on chest plastic made pressing on skin and on ear , package i think was used and not pack as manufactured i need they send me new one i will returned this one, also no charger for this electric pump is that coming or somebody before used this and not returned charger
