Fantastic Product
My friend's stylist uses L'Anza and highly recommends it for flat hair, so I decided to give it a try. I have a curly hair, so usually I need something pretty moisturizing and was nervous that this would dry out my hair. Good news is it didn't dry my hair out at all! It's very moisturizing, but it also helps a little with the lack of volume in my hair which is more than I can say for the hundred other products I've tried. The scent is amazing and I always get out of the shower smelling like a high-end salon, which personally I love. It's a little on the pricey side but that's what you pay for quality and I'm okay with that.

Multi factor rating! Great Product but…
I have very fine hair and at 60 years old I never have had a shampoo and conditioner work so well that I purchased a full size to take with me when I travel. My hair has never felt this soft or healthy. This product was given to me by my hairdresser Most conditioners leave my hair looking greasy with 24 hours. Not this one Silky and shiny for definitely 2-3 days. Then I purchased my own from AMAZON selecting the largest shampoo size and the pump doesn’t work. I first contacted L’anza directly and they refused to replace the pump and told me to speak to the seller. (I was not happy with their response since I figured they were the ones who manufactured the defective pump in the first place) I contacted the seller who offered to replace the whole product or I could take a $15 refund. I chose the $15 and purchased a pump from Amazon. I don’t often leave reviews but the product is amazing even though the price is steep. I was disappointed to find that when going through the reviews just how many people have defective pumps. They should have just shipped an additional pump with the product to begin with since this appears to be a known issue. So the bottom line for me is… the product itself is 5 stars The price is 4 stars The seller is 3 1/2 stars only because they shipped a known defective pump to begin with but no hassles to fix the issue.

Leave my hair, soft and shiny!
I have used this shampoo for many years. It is my go to for sure. It cleans and moisturizers and these my hair feeling soft all day. I love that. It is such a nice big bottle and last me for a long time the fragrance is really nice!

Ce shampooing rend les cheveux épais doux, doux, doux!
J'aime l'odeur et la texture crémeuse. Mes cheveux sont épais et c'est le meilleur shampooing pour discipliner les frisous et donner de la brillance. Il est dispendieux mais je le recommande vivement parce qu'il est concentré et va me durer longtemps.
