Best thing that ever happened to FISH !!!!!
I love this fish seasoning, so easy to use, makes a FAB dinner. I usually use cod and haddock, skin removed and one of them smoked (for different flavor). I have also used rainbow trout, hake, coley, pollock, most any fish will do. I dice the fish into cubes, add 2-3 tsps of Shan Fish seasoning, couple tsps of rapeseed oil, 1-2 tsps of plain yogurt (or more, your choice of how hot or not you like it) mix all together and put in fridge to marinate for few hours. Fry a med-lg sliced onion in rapeseed oil, when onion is beginning to turn brown, add fish, keeping the heat on high, and within 5-10 minutes, dinner is DONE !!!!! Serve with plain rice is my choice but can be served with anything you like !!!!
