Why does the Needle Keep popping out ?

Some needle cartridges are bad. In most cases, your throw might be too long, causing your machine to push the needle to the fullest of the machine stroke. It could get stuck. User error in some cases, you just jammed your cartridge in the machine

How do you make the needle shorter it's way to long when using

When trying to shorten the needle depth you turn the bulky black part that the needle cartridge is sitting in one way will shorten and then the other way lengthen it. Hope that helps.
