Are these compatible with the wired version of the nova pro's? confused as it just states wireless version

No, they are not compatible. We have a different replacement earpads for Arctis Nova Pro WIRED headphones. Do you have any cups compatible with the official Xbox headset?

Unfortunately, we do not have Xbox Wireless earpads yet nor anything that is compatible with it but we will definitely take it into consideration.

Will these change the audio quality?

If you are an audiophile then yes, you will notice the change in the sound quality. Cooling gel earpads prioritizes comfortability over the sound quality of the headphones.
