Why does anyone use parchment paper when there's THIS???
I love this stuff.I just started baking more seriously and everyone talks about parchment paper. So I looked up what that was, and discovered that it took paper - one of the easiest substances to recycle - and silicone - one of the most amazingly easy to clean, resilient, long-term reusable substances known to humanity - and turns them into a something that can't be recycled or reused, and goes straight into the trash.Whut.So I bought this instead, and I love it. It's easy to cut pieces of, easy to use, and incredibly easy to wash and reuse. No greasing, no fretting over nonstick surfaces. I have a cast iron skillet I haven't seasoned *quite* to perfection yet. No problem! My nice nonstick brownie pan isn't *quite* nonstick enough to do without any oiling at all...no problem, because this stuff definitely is.It's just sturdy enough to be easy to use, and thin enough that A: it's easy to cut, and B: it doesn't stop the bottom of my bread loves from browning nicely. It's also serious value for money. It's going to be a long, long time before I use it all up.

Nice weight
These look and feel like really nice baking sheets but I haven’t tried them yet

Works awesome for air fryer
I cut pieces to fit my air fryer trays and really is a time saver. Racks/teays stay clean and the silicone mats are easy to clean. I've used the same ones over and over so most of my roll hasn't been used yet.One hack I learned, if you make gooey things like omelets (or vegan omelets) and burgers (or bean burgers) is to cook it in air fryer until you think it's cooked through. Top side will be crispy. Let it cool on the silicone mat/tray a few minutes without disturbing it. Then you can dump upside down on your plate and peel off the silicone "backing" almost clean. If some goo sticks, either it could cook or cool longer. It's easier than flipping an omelet!

Great if you know how to use it, but it LOVES cat hair
I got this to create envelopes for making butter sheets for laminated dough. Having a roll of this to cut to size is great. It is thinner than most mats, which makes it easier to fold and work with. I found it really beats using parchment paper for making the butter sheets. The only drawback in my kitchen is that we have a cat in the house and, no matter how well I clean the kitchen, I swear that every stray cat hair sees this and make a beeline from wherever it is in the house just to stick to the sheet I am going to use. And once the hair is stuck to it, it does not come off except with soap and water. This means you have to wash it super well before every use and work as quickly as possible before the cat hair shows up. I have not had this issue with other silicone mat products. For the butter sheets, when I've rolled them out, if I pop them in the fridge or freezer for a bit, the sheet pulls off them without and residue sticking to the sheet, which is better than any alternative I’ve found. And because the roll is 10 feet long, there is plenty to use for different things. I think the roll will last me for years.

Easy to cut to the size you need.
Works great for what I bought it for, to cover up my diamond painting when not working on it. Yes you can cut it to the size you want. My only complaint is hair sticks to it but not a big deal if you know how to clean it.

No more tin foil!
I don't wrote many reviews, but I am honestly impressed. Not only do I save money on tin foil, in the end because I am not constantly using foil and throwing it away this is earth friendly :) it is also truly non stick and washes incredibly easily, I use it to line my baking pans, as well as my air fryer! I use it in place of parchment paper for cooling cookies and other desserts, has been awesome!

Perfect for protecting my countertops from children!
I have brand new counters that are supposed to be impossible to stain. So I’m sure no one reading this will be surprised that my kiddo and bestie managed to leave a large pink stain inside 6 months of having them. I got this to protect the bar area and it is perfect! It sticks to the counter so it doesn’t move around and it wipes down easily. It’s wide enough for the kids to eat, craft whatever and it’s a continuous roll so there are no individual mats to create spaces. If you have kids and nice things 10/10 recommended. I even had some leftover to cut mats for my cake pans and they work perfectly. 100% worth every. Single. Penny!

They really do work if you are looking to customize a baking mat to your size.
This product is great if you need to custom make a silicone baking mat. My cookie sheets are 17 1/4“ x 12 1/4“. Regular baking mats are too small (16” x 11 1/2”) and half sheet baking mats are too big (18” x 13” and it is recommended to not cut them to size.). By getting this role, I was able to customize to the exact size of my cookie sheet. The only thing that they could make better is to have lines for cutting to the right size. I wasted quite a bit of the role by being unable to cut in a straight line without guidance. I read some of the reviews stating that they collected hair or dust or or sticky, but I did not experience any of that. I cooked six different varieties of cookies and none of them stained the mat. Or otherwise left any marks. These mats held up to making 50 dozen cookies. oven temperature ranged anywhere between 325° to 375°. I cannot speak to them holding up to anything hotter.

Pratico-pratique!

Super.

Easy Silicone Sheets
Perfect for getting the exact size of silicone sheet needed. Easy to cut.
User
Almost perfect
I removed 1 star because once cut to fit (which is awesome as I have some odd-sized pans and sheets) the edges are not sealed. Fat and oil seeps into the mat. I use these for sweet baking. Otherwise, I think this is good value and has reduced my use of parchment paper. They wiped down easily. The material is easy to cut and shape to size. I would purchase again.
