Built to last with Rugged & Resilient leather uppers, StormKing lug rubber outsoles and a flexible elastic goring, the Legend blends form and function like nothing you've seen anywhere else. This hardwearing Chelsea is every bit as comfortable as you'd expect from a slip-on boot but with the durability of our Rugged & Resilient collection. Handcrafted for the men who wear their boots hard, every detail was carefully selected so you can go the extra mile with confidence. Comfort, Durability, Versatility & Honest Pricing. Thursday was built out of our own frustration. Clunky work boots or delicate fashion boots? Cheap shoes that fall apart after a few wears, or shoes that were incredibly overpriced? It didn't seem right that we had to make these trade-offs. There had to be another option. We started Thursday to offer an alternative: ridiculously high-quality footwear at honest prices that could handle our busy lives in New York City. Concept Through Construction We believe in clean and timeless designs with no external branding, letting the high-quality materials and craftsmanship shine. Each of our products is completely designed and developed in-house, drawing inspiration from the world around our amazing customers and us—the result: products that are equal parts beautiful, functional, and comfortable. Review: Love ‘em - I have 3 pairs of Thursday boots. I have zero complaints. All 3 are solid and incredibly well made. I get more compliments on my Thursdays than any other brand. I’m a bit of a shoe whore. I have easily 50+ pairs, 14 Dr Marten alone. My only 2 tiny issues. Regardless of the ads or pics. I would absolutely not ever wear these hiking. This style, with no laces, do run a smidge bigger than the others. Throw in a dr scholls something and you’re good. These folks pay alot of attention to design and details. It seems to me that these folks aren’t as much building a brand. As they are carrying on a legacy of style. So I think now I’m going to take the shot and trying one of their non boots styles. Oh also I have gotten the matte finish and the shine. Shine looks incredible and easily can be wore dressed up. A pair of dark wash jeans and a black button down with black captains. Holy hell it’s a hot look lol. That being said, matte is the way to go. They instantly can change an outfit. Either dressed up or down. I’ve worn mine on a 10 hour shift. Then hit a restaurant with only changing my shirt. My point here folks, my point. I effing love this company and their products. I know the price can be off putting for some folks. It’s worth the price on any style. Let’s say like $200 for a 5-10 year boot. Yeah worth it. While you’re waiting though. Look for a shoe repair place to have them resoled when the time comes. Again, I love these folks. Plus it’s Xmas time soooooo Review: Great Boot - I've been meaning to try this company since I started seeing social media posts about them a few years back. I don't wear boots that often, but I had been wearing some Johnson & Murphy. Unfortunately, last time I needed to wear some boots for a function, I found a nasty scuff on my old boots and decided to pull the trigger on these. I love the matte look. They look and smell great. They are super comfortable. Honestly, my only criticism so far is that the loop on the back that you use to help put on the boot is a bit too small for my liking. It's therefore a bit of a struggle to slide them on in a hurry. But this minor inconvenience does not detract from the outstanding experience of owning these boots. They are my go to for work meetings and more formal occasions than daily wear.

Great Boot
I've been meaning to try this company since I started seeing social media posts about them a few years back. I don't wear boots that often, but I had been wearing some Johnson & Murphy. Buy them
Always a damn good boot. I order these for my husband on special occasions. Got a little collection growing now. Not cheap but not made cheaply either. They’re worth it. Good work boots for my blue collar man. Also good boots for a classy western moment. They look great styled up and down.

Exactly what I was looking for!
I ordered these for my boyfriend, and he loves them! He and I each have multiple pairs of Thursday Boots, and they never disappoint. The boots came safely packaged and arrived without a scratch. The high-quality leather is exactly what I was looking for. These boots have great traction--perfect for slippery conditions. They fit perfectly, and the color matches the description. My boyfriend is genuinely so happy with these and can't wait to get more Thursday Boots! If you're considering buying these, get them!!

Bad experience
Thursday Boots are usually great quality—I’ve purchased directly from their website before with no issues. Unfortunately, this pair purchased through Amazon was a terrible experience. Everything was wrong: the model, size, and color, and the boots were clearly heavily used. Very disappointing.

These are more like a work boot.
I thought these would look a little more slim and nice with some jeans, and they do, but they are not a boot that you would dress up in really. They’re a good casual boot, but they are not fancy or anything in that realm. They are also a little bit wide as well, which takes away that nice sleek look. If you are looking for a nice clean Chelsea boot, these are definitely not it. With all of that being said, these are 100% quality, solid, and durable boot. I returned them so I can’t testify if they are durable, but they they definitely feel, and look durable, and solid, and they look & feel like they would last a long time. I gave ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because of the quality.

Exactly what I was looking for
Fit feels tight at first, but mine wore in after two wears. They are now perfectly comfortable. The dark brown looks great and should be able to work for casual and business-casual. These will be my go-to footwear for the office.

Lug sole is heavy and hard to break in.
The lug sole black matte men's chelsea is good looking and versatile. It does go pretty much anywhere. Personally I am finding it difficult to break in the lug sole. It is too heavy for my comfort and I would have much preferred to pass on the rugged footing in favor of a lighter sole I could look forward to wearing. I do recommend using a shoe horn since the pull tab is way too small to be of any use. Other than the ridiculous tiny pull tab, these are certainly well made. I would just suggest using caution in deciding whether to order the lug soles.
