Update since my last review- these tongs blew up while I was using them today. A big bang and a spark and they are no more. I only got them in June, and only use them 2-3 times a month, so very disappointed.Normally curls don't last in my hair, when I curl my hair with these it can last for days! The barrell is also really long which is great for my long hair.

As a longtime user of hair tongs, I was quite surprised that the actual length on this barrel. 19mm which usually gives a nice tight curl that can be brushed out to give an all over long-lasting curl. The barrel on this tong is at least 2 inches longer than all the others I have used which has made it quite difficult to use. It actually has too much hair around it which then makes it very difficult to unroll the curl. Still working with it, but may invest in a normal sized length barrel.
