These pads seem to do a decent job of relieving pain. You will need to position and stick them, and the adhesion is pretty good. And the adhesive is also not too strong so that it is easy to remove when you want to. You'll need some trial and error to figure out where to place these, but when you do, it should provide some pretty good pain relief.

I've only tried one of the the pairs so far. The stuck easily to the sole and didn't move. I think I need to readjust the placement of them. They provided some relief but also very different than just wearing the regular shoe. I need to try placing them some more before I rush out the door again.

These metatarsal pads come in a box with 3 different types of pads for you to choose from. I have tried 2 of the 3 types with mixed results. The first ones I tried were difficult to position correctly in the shoe. There is no instruction or template to show you where they should go in your shoe. I understand that everyone’s feet are different but this seems like it should be pretty easy to tell you how to do. I repositioned them several time to get them in a place that did not cause more discomfort than without them. On a positive note, they have an adhesive on the back that does keep them in place but can be removed without leaving a sticky residue. After I finally got the pads in place and wore them a while, they did seem to make my feet feel a little better while wearing them. I am not sure they are something that I would purchase for the intended purpose due to the difficulty in positioning them and the difference they made for me.

Adhesion is good. But pain relief is not that satisfactory for me. May be it differs from person to person.

This set has a really nice variety of different textures, materials, and cushion patterns. Insoles are so personal, you never know what you really need until you try a few out... so it's great to be able to try different kinds all in one package. They're great for cushioning pain in the ball of your foot, as well as taking up room in shoes that are a little too loose and improving the fit.

These are nice! They stick well and add some cushion to uncomfortable heels to make wearing them a little. More bearable.

This pack came with 5 set with two in each set. One for the left and right if you need it. They are sitting touch and feel very comfortable in the shoe and against your feet. Great value for the price.

My only complaint is I wish they gave more of the thicker gel ones because they offer the most cushion.

These are decent ball-of-foot cushions that appear reasonably well made although they are slightly smaller than some others that I've come across. With that being said, they still work reasonably well as long as they placed appropriately at the precise place which can be tricky (took me a few tries to get it right).I find the beige/non-transparent ones works better than the rest and also keep in mind that these will add SUBSTANTIAL height (relatively speaking) so it may not work for all shoes especially those with little wiggle room to begin with. I should also mention that these will probably do little to reduce pain once it starts; these best work as preventative measures rather than remediation.As for reusability, well, these are very similar to other foot cushions/pads that I've come across and the adhesives degrades fairly fast after a few washes so while these are certainly washable, they aren't really reusable, at least not in the traditional sense so just keep that in mind.≡ ValueAll things considered, these are decent ball-of-food cushioning pads that work reasonably well as long as you are aware of their limitations. They are somewhat reasonably priced at $20 (for 5 pairs). Your mileage might vary.

My girlfriend really loves to adapt in every best way her day-to-day shoes and sandals. This product really does a difference. These ball of foot are a must. She really loves the beige one. It helps to keep her feet dry.It's kind of hard to really put at the right spot of the shoe, but after a few attempts it fits perfectly. The only negative point is that they are pretty thick so it doesn't fit with different type of sandals with a strap over toes. It makes it impossible to fit your foot afterwards. Also, not sure about the reusable claim. I don't think that they will stick very well a second or third time.Overall, for the price and the quality, it really is a must for every wardrobe.
