Did what it needed to do, best value. The nozzle pressure is pretty strong, so be careful when using.

We use this wound wash and it seems like it does the job well. It’s not always available at the local store so I appreciate being able to order it to the house. My only word of caution is that the first use comes out strongly. It’s easy to control the flow rate after that.

I severely fractured my ankle which required 2 major surgeries and 3 months of rehab. Since I am 70 years old and have diabetes, dressing my wounds correctly is very important, and I received explicit instructions and many demonstrations before I was released. The first step is to clean my surgical wounds gently with sterile saline, so I purchased this product. It does a good job, and I’m very satisfied with it and the price, but I have one warning. With the bottle I received, the saline sprays out very quickly in a stream, so be prepared. I thought it would be a fine mist I could spray directly on my wounds but not so with my bottle. I made adjustments by spraying it directly on the sterile gauze I use for cleaning the wounds.

I like the product, but sometimes it seems to go in a different direction than I have aimed. And have to learn how to control the power of the flow. It gets the job done.
