This roll on pain reliever really helps with my lower back pain. It's kinda thick and it takes longer than I expected to absorb into the skin leaving it wet on the surface. The smell is just too strong for me personally and it makes me nauseous.

The menthol and camphor smells are really strong with this bottle. It is easy to apply, and the gel goes on thick. Depending on how much product you put on and how well you rub it in, it doesn’t quick dry much, took more than 5 minutes to fully absorb, and if thick gel wasn’t rubbed in it turns into a white powder on the skin.The product feels good on sore muscles, and it actually lasted quite a while. Even after an hour I could still somewhat feel the tingling sensation. You shouldn’t use this more than 4 times a day which limits how well it works because I felt like it didn’t do much to penetrate into the muscle and soothe the pain. This is more of a temporary quick fix but not a long term pain reliever.

This is great for dealing with minor muscle aches without getting a minty mess all over your hands. It rolls on easy and dries quickly without leaving residue or stains on clothing. It smells strong, but I like the smell. It smells sort of like Vapo Rub. It’s goes to work cooling the area pretty quickly, and as it cools the muscles relax and the aches start to feel better. I like to use this on achy calf muscles, but it’s great for any area that hurts.

This stuff is strong. When putting it on it doesn't feel like it's doing anything. But give it a few minutes and you'll definitely feel the cooling effect. I really like the roll on applicator as it allows you to apply it without getting it all over your hands. This does have a strong smell as well. It smells like wintergreen so it isn't a bad smell, but will be noticeable to those around you if your going somewhere.
