I keep doing the steps listed to fold it and it just want stay or fold small enough please help. How do I fold it?

I have watched that video numerous times and it still does not fold!!!! The video is not very clear. How about one standing up? It NEVER folds correctly and I am returning this. Sitting down in the car will make it next to impossible for me.
