Shooting Stick, Folding Soft Seat Height Adjustable Hunting Chair with Brown Leather Seat

The shooting stick is of excellent quality, but found it a bit unstable perhaps because I have a balance problem. While I am sure it is very good on soft ground, on hard ground you will need a rubber foot.

I ordered this shooting stick for my Husband who is disabled and has had to give up a lot of his hobbies because of restrictions on how far he can walk and stand so when he looked at getting a shooting seat stick so he could carry on with his love of shooting the Harrington Marley stick stood out from the rest being handmade we knew it would not be perfect and a little rough in places, But for £26 its a bargain, well made with that hand made fit and feel its very comfortable and not to heavy and combined with his shooting staff its its brought a new dimension to His shooting. All the negative reviews are from people who never gave this shooting seat stick a chance and only looked at the imperfections and not considered that its handmade and hand finished and Harrington Marley have made a great shooting seat stick that works both at the races and in the rough of a shoot, this stick get 5 stars for value, 5 stars for a quality item and another 5 stars for comfort you won't get better for this price and definitely not a handmade one.

Good . Only one comment: maybe I'm a bit broad in the beam but I need to cushion the lateral sides to protect my greater trochanter.

Bought as my back plays up if I stand for to long, good build quality and comfortable.

It's a good quality item BUT the seat is not comfortable / big enough to sit in going across. (I am an average size 12 female) I use it lengthways (with the seat between my legs) and it does the job. Also, I haven't figured out how to use it on hard ground as the 'spike' on the end is only suitable for soft ground.

Bought as a present for my Dad who loves it, easy to use as a walking support and to take a rest when needed. The seat is strong and well made, it’s easy to adjust the height and is getting plenty of use.

The shooting stick was purchased as a gift and well received the stick makes life a great deal easier living more or less in the country is very useful as a normal walking stick and now that life is getting on a bit makes a reasonable seat takes a bit of getting used to very useful would recommend this item to anyone

This has a leather seat but sitting on it is a bit uncomfortable as the metal handles press on hips, it is better if it is turned 90 degrees with the handles back to front instead of side to side. The chrome is OK but not the best and the inner rod rattles inside the outer tube, I had to add some tape to the inner rod to cushion it. After this it has been really handy if you need a seat whilst shopping.
