Sturdy

My little boy became obsessed with using out kitchen broom. It was a little too big and as you can imagine, all he did was cause chaos with it. So I looked for some smaller versions he could use. This set is great, the way they hook onto the stand causes him to knock the whole thing over (he is one and seems very excited by cleaning, god I hope that lasts!) and it is a shame the dustpan only fits with the broom., not the dust brush. But other than that they are great. Like all the Malissa & Doug products we have tried so far, they seem well thought out, and well designed with a classic twist. A little expensive, perhaps, but only the test of time will prove if it was worth it.

This is a really cute set of wooden cleaning utensils. I bought as a gift for my 2 year old grandson, who loves to 'help'! I think he'll love them. I got wooden ones as this is preferred over plastic, but the review is only 3 stars due to the price. £30 is very expensive for this type of toy.

Missing items such as the dust pan. Too late to return as it arrived on my nephew's birthday.

Arrived missing the dust pan AND the broom. Very disappointed. It was a birthdays present and it’s too late to replace now.

Brilliant product

My daughter loves the little cleaning set, she picks up the mop, makes one of us pick up the broom and off we go "cleaning" the living and various rooms! Quality-wise, the set is well made and pretty clean looking. The size is perfect for a toddler and everything is easy of access. Everything has a little noose to hang on the stand, making it easy to store away in a corner of the room. This also a great set for when we are actually cleaning since the kid will also have his own set to help mommy and daddy. Definitely recommended!

The package is beautiful and the items are extremely cute!! They are sturdy and not cheap plastic like some comparable sets. The wood is smooth and has no splinters which Ive found is a common issue with wooden toys. My daughter likes to mimic me and her big sister when we clean lol. I'm hoping she will eventually clean up her own playroom lol! The set is actually that great where it can be used to clean up for real. You can't clean any large area of course with the little mop lol but its good enough for a toddler to use and learn how to clean up their play area with. My only issue is that I wish it had something I could use to stick the base to the floor or mount it somewhere because my daughter loves to pick up the base and beat the floor with it (the base has a bit of weight which makes it very durable which is a curse and blessing in this case lol) .... and occasionally our cat lol. I had to take the base away for safety reasons and I bought a plastic toy box where she can store them but if the base was stuck to the floor with adhesive or if it could just have a bracket attachment so it could be mounted along the wall I think that would be awesome. I plan to try and find some strong adhesive (that wont damage my wood floor) that I can put on the bottom so I can allow her to use the base again. Overall, I think this is a great toy and I
