Effective and delicious flavor!
Pros: 1- Rocks me to sleep unlike other products. 2. No grogginess in the morning. Tastes wonderful! 3. Dissolves great in water. Easy to use, just open packet, pour in water and shake or stir. 5. Great quality! Cons: On the expensive side. A bit in the sweeter side, but can be diluted. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

I love Salud!
This is my second batch - different flavor. I love them both and is a delicious way to help unwind in the evening before bed. It offers a subtle calm, but not too overwhelming that I can bounce back into action if duty calls.

I take stimulants for my ADHD so I’m always looking for something to knock me tf out at the end of the day and this works wonders for me. I get drowsy just thinking about whipping up a cup of it to be honest, but it will definitely help me sleep within 30 minutes. I think the taste is great too. It’s comforting and makes you feel cozy and ready for sleep.
