I did not see that offered anywhere. That is why I bought the model with 2 batteries.

What is the difference vbetween the old and new version?

I don't know what the difference is but after very little use mine just quit working and I have had no success getting the company to help. I got mine in May of this year and didn't use it until July and then for very little.

Hello! Do you have to keep the safety button pressed during use?

The two buttons on the chain saw are pressed at the same time to start the chain saw.

I used it for 10 minutes and I like it, but why does the chain always have a loose feeling?

I think that's just a 'thing' with chain saws. I also have the WORX Jaw Saw and you have to adjust the tension quite a bit. I guess it just works itself loose after a short time.
