Allewie Queen Metal Bed Frame with Victorian Iron-Art Headboard, Black

Okay, I got the queen size. Let me tell you I reviewed a million bedframes before I selected this one because I am plus sized and NO ONE seems to include their weight(s) in these reviews. So here is the info you really need...I am about 388 pounds of plus size and am 5 feet 5 inches high. Now, I sleep alone, so it is just me, but I was still worried about the frame not holding me or feet bending etc. I received the size I selected, which was a queen. The color I received was white, which is what I ordered. It the bedframe fits my queen sized mattress perfectly and there is no sagging and I am comfortable on my mattress. I have have been using this for about a month and a half. First of all, my husband put it together in about thirty minutes. Easy to follow instructions and well marked parts. Everything was there, plus extras. It was not hard to put together. The middle slats are tight and take a bit of a "bop" with the side of the hand, (or a slight tap with a rubber mallet), to get into place. The complaints about that are just silly. Now, there was a part issue - one of the parts was malformed on the inside. The vendor required pictures, I sent them, and they rectified it IMMEDIATELY. The bedframe holds the mattress perfectly, Thanks to the footboard, the mattress doesn't slide around anymore and there is plenty of room to put things underneath it. None of the feet are bending or crushing and it doesn't make noise. There is also something on the feet to keep it from scratching your floors. The bedframe is as sturdy as pictured. However, one of the small round pieces on the railing got bent during installation, as that part isn't super thick. I am very pleased. Well worth the money just not to have to continually readjust the mattress. I love it and I would purchase again. I do not use a box frame with it and I do have a memory foam mattress on it. Worth the money. That said, I am 56 with a leg issue. I do have a bit of issue getting up onto the bed, but I manage. Something to think about if you have those kinds of issues and a tall mattress...

I just finished putting this bed together by myself. It took about an hour and a half. I’m a 59-year-old lady, and I’m pretty handy. I’m giving five stars because so far I’m pleased with the way it was put together, great instructions, seems sturdy. The metal is also very smooth and seems well put together as far as I can tell. I have an antique iron bed from the late 1800s, and it certainly isn’t *that* kind of indestructible wrought iron, but I’m pleasantly surprised at how substantial it feels. For some reason, I thought this bed was going to be super low to the ground, but it isn’t. Worth mentioning… an older model box springs and mattress comes up to a traditional height. I’ll take a picture, but the picture is a twin mattress and boxspring, but at least you can tell the height. I put a standard wood crate under to give an idea and there’s plenty of room under there. I waited to order the mattress until I got the bed together to be sure it had all its parts, parts all worked and feels sturdy for an adult. I feel good about ordering the mattress. If anything changes after I get the mattress on and have slept on it for a little while, I’ll update.

It arrived quickly and came with all the parts needed for assembly plus extra parts just in case. It took me less than an hour to put it together. The high platform is desirable since it allows for storage underneath. I got it in white and honestly it reminds me of those old hospital beds lol, but it is also very chic looking and very sturdy. Easy buy, great price, and I’ve only had for a couple weeks but I’ve gotten some great sleep sessions on this thing.

This frame is solid, sturdy, and does not move at all—no wobbling, no squeaking, nothing. It feels way more expensive than it actually is. I have a thick 12-inch mattress, and there’s still plenty of space to show off the headboard, which looks so clean and stylish in my room. And let’s talk about delivery—fast, well-packaged, and it even arrived a day early. Love that for me. Honestly, if you’re thinking about getting this—just do it. It’s beautiful, strong, easy to assemble, and 100% worth the price. I would absolutely buy this again!

Solid. Put it together solo, maybe it took an hour, at most. I’m not at all an overweight human person, and there was only just me and occasionally a large dog using the bed frame. I never once woke up on the floor, nor arrived to the bedroom to see the frame apart and in pieces. There wasn’t any fornication that took place, so I don’t know how well it holds up to a ruckus, I’d imagine you’d have to pull out an Allen wrench/hex key on occasion and tighten her back up. I’d buy it again, you know, the next time my wife kicks me out and I have to get an apartment.

What a great purchase! This bed is not only beautiful, but sturdy. The instructions were clear and it was easy to put together. The height is perfect and comfortable. If you are in need of a bed frame, this is the one to go with!

Absolutely love this bedframe. It’s gone to three different houses with me since I bought it. It’s been pretty sturdy. I got a queen size and it’s black. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a new bedframe. This one was super cute and easy to assemble and takedown. It also doesn’t squeak which is super nice and I’ve had it for a couple years and it still doesn’t squeak.

LOVE this bedframe. It looks heavier than it is, which is my only gripe if you're looking for a true heavy rod iron frame. The screws are well hidden, and the finishings are nice considering the price.

Looks great, sturdy. But make sure you measure the height as it a tall bed.
