Can that fit apple headphones?

yes they do, use them with my apple headphones a lot, good sound quality through them.

Can they be used with a haewei p20 phone ,which has a very small jack socket

I suspect not as they fit into a large socket so as to enable the use of a small jack such as iPhone earphones
