Gentle iron with vit C
I have to take iron for my illness daily to keep my iron levels up. The folic acid ones from my G.P make me constipated. These do not. I take one twice daily and they have increased my iron on my blood test so I’m happy and so is my stomach. I have diverticulitis and these don’t affect my issues. Will buy regular as I have already been in the for 4 months and they work a treat :0) They have a dental for of iron and the vit C included helps the body to maximum absorbing :0)

Fatigued? Then these are Must haves!
Absolutely brilliant, they have worked wonders for me, I should be on lifetime iron tablets, unfortunately the ones I get from my doctor never agree with my stomach. But these have been fantastic, no upset or changes to my digestive system! I have had huge energy level boost from as little as 3 days after starting them. A*****

I used to have filled caplets with little beads in, these are far better, they are easy to swallow and don't make me feel sick if I forget to.eat something.
