Easy to find ingredients
The smoothies are user friendly requiring easy to find ingredients. They taste great! Even my husband, who gags at the sight of an avocado and only eats iceberg lettuce, has been drinking these and liking them! I do add more fruit in his but the avocado and spinach is still in there!

Green Smoothies
This is a great book for a variety of smoothies that are not necessarily green in color but have greens like spinach or swiss chard along with fruits and vegetables. Very tasty smoothies. I highly recommend this book. Drink a green smoothie every day for breakfast as Dr V advises and you are well on your way to a healthy day!

Once again Dr. Vuong has created a book that is easy to read with some great recipes for smoothies. Most of us think we have to endure the store bought protein shakes once you have weight loss surgery, but Dr. V shows us some great healthy, natural recipes full of great nutrients!
