Great substitute for standard vanilla extract
Strong vanilla flavor. No colors added. Very concentrated, ap little goes a long way. It's alcohol free so perfect for refrigerator cakes, childrens recipes, and homemade ice cream.

Helps with getting a baby to take a bottle
I have a 6-month-old who absolutely refuses to take a bottle. I got to a point where I really needed my baby to start drinking from a bottle and read somewhere that non-alcoholic vanilla extract could be added to encourage a baby to take the bottle. I was desperate so I went ahead and gave it a shot. Overall, highly recommend! If you are also struggling with fishy breast milk or bottle refusal, get this! The color, taste, and smell are identical to the alcoholic version and it taste/looks just like vanilla. All I do is add 2-3 drops out of a dropper and my daughter has no complaints. It is truly a miracle! The bottle does not leak and I would consider it appropriately priced.
