They turned uncomfortable sneakers into one of my most comfortable pairs
I bought the VALSOLE orthopedic insoles for high arches and plantar fasciitis with the goal of improving the comfort of a pair of sneakers I’d had for a while but had mostly stopped wearing because they became quite uncomfortable after a few hours of use. The difference was noticeable from the very first days. These insoles literally gave those sneakers a second life. Where I used to feel discomfort and fatigue in my feet, I now notice much better support and a more even distribution of pressure while walking. One of the things I liked the most is the excellent arch support. Even though they’re designed for people with higher body weight and conditions like plantar fasciitis or flat feet, even without having a severe condition, the benefit in terms of stability and comfort is clearly noticeable. They feel firm but not uncomfortable, providing consistent support throughout the day. I’ve also noticed that I end up less tired after walking or standing for long periods. The feeling of fatigue in my feet and legs has decreased significantly — something I didn’t expect a simple pair of insoles to achieve so noticeably. The build quality is also very good. The materials feel sturdy and durable, maintaining their shape even after continuous use. Plus, they fit easily inside my sneakers without needing any complicated modifications. Like any orthopedic insole with pronounced support, they may require a short adaptation period for some people, but in my case it was quite quick and completely worth it. Conclusion: If you have shoes or sneakers that you like but find uncomfortable, these insoles can make a huge difference. In my case, they transformed a pair I barely used into one I now wear frequently. They significantly improved comfort, reduced fatigue, and provided support that’s noticeable from the very first use.

Great support! I can walk miles in these!
I am incredibly pleased with these. Between plantar fasciitis and overpronation causing posterior tibial tendon pain, this significantly reduced my pain and I’m successfully able to walk 4.5 miles nonstop with no issues. I put these in my trusty sneakers and it was like wearing a brand new pair of shoes! I looked into replacing my walking shoes with a super expensive orthotic pair but these definitely did the trick! If you’re in doubt, give these a try, lots of support. I do weigh less than 200 lbs but I’m tall and a former athlete so these were still very supportive on my feet.

Comfortable and Inexpensive Choice.
If you're looking for a quick and easy upgrade to save your feet during long hours wooking, these VALSOLE heavy-duty inserts are a pretty solid option. Right off the bat, they are a really good comfortable choice for the price. They have a cool design and feel surprisingly durable, offering great support right under your arches where your feet take the most abuse. They fit nicely into regular work boots or sneakers without much fuss, making them an expensive-feeling fix without the actual custom price tag. For what you pay, the value here is totally fair and they do a good job absorbing shock with every step you take. But if we are being completely honest, they fall into that "all right to good" comfort tier. I’ve spent about $10, $15, or $20 more on higher-end pairs before, and you can definitely feel a big jump in premium cushioning and long-term relief when you step up to that next price level. At the end of the day, if you want something inexpensive that gets the job done right now and stands up to a lot of weight and movement, these are a massive step up from stock shoe factory insoles. They are a great, durable budget option. Even if spending a little extra cash later down the road gets you an even better ride.

They friggin' work!
On my feet 7 days 10 hours as an independent retail store owner. I developed plantar fasciitis after too many years of ignoring my sore feet. I spent thousands of dollars on podiatrists and orthotics to cure my plantar fasciitis. I spent 7 years in agonizing painful steps. I was desperate for help. I ordered these over a year ago and after careful and deliberate changes to my gait and foot positions, I have almost zero foot pain. Mind you I tried everything under the sun like Professional inserts for $300, wraps, splints, walking boots, massagers nothing worked before. After a couple months the tissue got better, to the point I can now walk barefoot on the hard floor. I cannot recommend these more highly. Get a good shoe salesman to measure your feet, get the right size shoes, (I have narrow feet I found out), buy a pair of these and get better. I just replaced them after a year, as my feet now seem to speak to me that it is time. The quality and spring of these is top notch. The heel cushion is perfect. I used to cut a heel hole in my shoe inserts for relief. I have an image uploaded to show you how they faired after a year. I also have more than one set, as they are in all my shoes.

Comfort stability coolness
I've purchased these insoles for the fifth time now and I gotta say they fit like a glove and have great stability and are adjustable to my foot contour and can be cut to any size shoe ir boot that they truly have been the only insoles throughout the yrs that keep my feet extremely comfortable and the quality is great in my work boots, recommended for anyone who needs support all around for all purposes and insists on a insole that isn't going to make there foot sweat. The money is well spent time and time again. I buy about two or three a yr, one for each of my timberland field work boots!

Good Budget Soles for Big Arches
The arch support is very helpful, however, the plastic frame is too much. The heel support is slightly lacking. The entire sole could have a little thicker padding, but it’s not bad for the price. I walk 10,000+ steps a day in a dog kennel, and these are some of the only soles that have provided relief. They are true to size. They have held up well after 2 months. These are good on a budget, but I’d consider spending a little more to get something better.

Buy these! Moshing apparoved
I got these based on a single review of someone using them for a 4 day music festival and I'm so glad that I did! These are by far the best I have ever gotten. Normally every year I go to a 4 day music festival and every year I buy new shoes and dr scholls inserts, it costs an arm and a leg and by the end my feet are still sore. I thought I'd look into something different in hopes of less soreness and these are the absolute key! It's half the price and to prepare I tossed them into my old shoes while the new ones were on the way. The difference was immediate! I had so much more pep in my step and after setting up my tent and 4 days of moshing in the pit I still felt like I could go another week! It made the old shoes feel new again and I will definitely be buying these again if and when it's time to replace them!

Good for me, but every foot experience is different.
Something most reviewers leave out when posting their personal experiences with shoes and insoles alike is the profile of their feet. No two people are built EXACTLY the same, and that context is very important when reviewing shoes and insoles. I am 5'9", 175lbs, have VERY high arches on EE width feet, and have suffered from high levels of soreness and general pain for decades having worked on my feet in some capacity or another for majority of that time. I have spent thousands upon thousands on different shoes, brands, and insoles looking for things that work for me, most of which have left me in crying levels of pain by the end of a shift, feet throbbing by the time I'm able to sit and peel my shoes off. When everyone says "you have to try (insert name here) brand of shoe or insole, they're the best!" that doesn't apply when you have feet like mine. Given that, I think these are excellent insoles. I personally wish the arches were a BIT higher, but again, I have very high ones myself, so if you sit in the general medium-high arch range these will likely suit you fine. Not sure if they'll work if you have flat feet as I obviously have no experience there. I am able to work 12 hours at a time, 20,000 steps a day on average, with limited pain using these. Unlike some other brands that sell themselves as all-day insoles for those with high arches and plantar fascia issues, these actually have some cushioning in the heel but are firm enough in the arch to offer support. Trying to find both is a very fine line, many insoles with cushioning fail at support and many with ample support are hard as a rock. My feet don't roll awkwardly in these, yet I also don't feel like I'm standing on a rock if I have to stay still. Every single brand has a different definition of "high arch" and many of them place the support in different areas which may or may not work for you with your individual feet. Again, context and foot profile matters. I like the product, as someone with the noted issues above that spends ample time on his feet in both standing and moving capacities. Definitely worth the money to me, much more so than many others. Your experience may vary. (EDIT: Six month update: began to have mild discomfort again. Figured inserts were getting a bit worn being consistently used so heavily. Tried to replace with another brand (Walkhero) and got my usual large levels of pain and discomfort within two hours. Swapped these old Valsoles back in and felt relief. Bought a new pair of Valsoles with the cork insert and am very happy with them. Love this brand and will not be straying again. Of note, this old pair is still in pretty good condition even being a bit worn out and will find a home in another pair of shoes that aren't my hard-use work boots. Six months of 10-12 hour shifts and 15-20k steps is a perfectly acceptable lifespan and I still couldn't be happier with the purchase given I will still be using them albeit in a more limited capacity.)

VALSOLE heavy duty insoles
VALSOLE Heavy Duty Support insoles Having worn these for three days in my workbooks they have already made a big difference in comfort and support. I was able to buy these insoles on sale and they were far better than the $50 insoles they replaced. I tend to walk over 12,000 steps at work on concrete as well as scaffolding and laddersand stairs. So far I am happy with my purchase

Solid fit for 10.5 shoe
I just tried them on. They fit well, and seem to have a high arch to them. No need for trimming on a 10.5 shoe. I did roll my ankle, which is common for me, but they do seem to have a bit of a roll to them so balancing may be an issue. Part of me wants to wear them in so they can be more flat and not have a roll to them, but I think I’d rather them just be durable. I will update if they are not durable, but for now they are 5 stars. Got them at around 40% off too
