Perfect Little Kadai for Everyday Cooking & Deep Frying!
I’m really impressed with this 1.1L stainless steel kadai. It is heavy and sturdy, which helps in uniform cooking without any hot spots. I’ve used it for deep frying and for regular sabzi as well, and there is no burning at the bottom, even on medium flame.It looks very cute and pretty on the stove. Cleaning can be a little tough sometimes, but because of the good finishing and with the help of steel wool, it becomes manageable and comes out clean again.Overall, very good quality for the price and totally worth buying. 👌

Exactly the type of kadai I was looking for ...it is deep and works on induction, infrared and gas ...Other brands offer the flat bottom which is not proper for poori making.THE LOOK OF THIS KADAI IS ALSO VERY PREVIUM. FOOD NOT STICK TO THE BOTTOM.

Heavier one is better
I returned it because it was not that heavy. I mistakenly ordered this piece. There is another kadhai of same company that was heavy. Even if someone want to purchase this please think once again, it is good but I think heavier one will be better

I bought it after reading all the reviews and trust me it's the best kadai I have ever bought. Heavy, thick bottomed and heats up fast. Its a pleasure to cook in it. I loved it so much that I went ahead and bought 2 more sizes. My maid likes it so much as well and she says she loves washing it too!

Size is perfect for 2-3 members cooking
Always a fan of Shri and Sam products. When used correctly they work better than non stick! I got rid of all my non stick pans and switched to triply SS. Got the bigger sizes from a store in Hyderabad. This is perfect for cooking fries or gravies for a family of 2-3Cleaning the utensil is also super easy and it also adds a look of elegance with its hammered look in my small kitchen :)
