I've used alot of traffic meters and for the money, it's doesn't get any better than this! Also would be a great back up. Shows traffic direction, and strength! I've bought 2.

as a fiber splicer we rely on these tools to check for continuity by way of 1k tone 2k tone etc.. this device was made of poor quality, the audible tone didn't work and the direction of light traffic didn't work, would get the same reading with fiber in the device or just simply squeezing the test trigger, over all crap from China.

For the money, you would think it would be more durable. If you drop it once it’s over. I’m not joking. I’ve purchased multiple of these. Works really well. But it’s made of glass. Had to wrap my new one with electrical tape.

The first one I bought works fine but the second one I bought recently won't show a light reading higher than about -32 making it completely useless to me. So take your 50/50 shot if you want one of these.
