It literally says argb, why are people answering that it is static colour? it's it really not addressable rgb?

It's not rbg.... Static LED LIGHTS ONLY... YOU CAN'T CHANGE LED LIGHT COLOR...

What happens if i connect both MOLEX AND PWM TOGETHER

Don't do it. You should only use one type. If you use PWM, you can control fan speed. If you use molex, fan will run at full speed all the time.
