These are amazing, they taste great, and you can put them into the water and it isn't overpowered. They arrived not damaged at all. The little pods have handled me accidentally dropping them a couple of times too, so they are pretty durable. They have also been keeping me hydrated too! These are a staple in my household during pre season football in the summer to the championship playoff games at the end of the year. We’ve been using this for years. My younger son isn’t a fan of plain water. This is the only way he can stay hydrated without drinking overly sugary drinks. I’ve tried this also, and they taste great. I can see why my boys don’t get tired of these after all these years!
