This vacuum is lightweight, maneuverable and very effective. I like that you can thoroughly clean all the parts that come on contact with the dirt and everything else you vacuum up. The canister and filters are completely water safe so you can clean completely between uses. This is the second time I bought this vacuum. I had the first one for several years and the only thing I didn't like was the cord was not retractable. Guess what! The new model has a retractable cord! I highly recommend this vacuum because it's beautiful and it really works great.

This is by far one of the best vacuums I've owned! Additional tools are conveniently located on the vacuum. No more lost tools, I can find them and use them when I need them. The long, self rewinding cord is great with the press of your foot it's put away. The actual brush head is nice and wide. Suction from the side is really good, making everything quicker and easier. The overall suction is very impressive and it's actually quite light. Everything just fits where it should be, way less bending for me and my back. This Bissell is so reasonably priced I was surprised by how well it works. Don't get a more expensive one, this is the one you want. One more thing, I have a very large very hairy dog. That's my true test and it passed.

Simple to put together. Used it right away! This is the first Bissell I have gotten. So far im loveing it! The amount of fine dirt it picks up out of carpet is crazy. I live down a dirt road. Highly recommend!! Easy to empty and love the way its super easy to clean!!

Was debating between this and a few other similar price point vacuums, including a compact model and decided on this one. It replaces a Hoover i still have but never liked because it was heavy, bulky and all the tools broke. This vacuum is very light and easy to maneuver. The on board tools are what sold me on it. Suction is good and that wand will reach the ceiling. So far i'm happy with it. Definitely glad I didn't go for the compact model because I wouldn't want anything smaller or less power than this. Also fairly quiet. Nice little vacuum, albeit it's all plastic and doesn't feel super solid but gets the job done.

Perfection! Earlier this week I bought a different Bissell with a lift off canister that you can carry around and use with the hose attachment. It was around $50 more than this vacuum cleaner, and I was extremely disappointed with its performance. I was getting a canister full of dog hair, but no vacuum lines in my carpet and none of that layer of fine dust and dander that's usually at the bottom after I'm finished vacuuming. I immediately decided to return it and go with what I think is the updated version of the vacuum I was replacing. I have gotten very spoiled by the chord rewind feature over the past three years and now I don't think I could live without it. Straight out of the box this vacuum was easy to put together and delivered on everything that the other one didn't. High suction, easy settings for different carpet, heights or bar floors, and after vacuuming with the other brand new vacuum twice this week, this one pulled up all of that settled dust that I knew was getting left behind. Since this is my second time to buy basically the same vacuum cleaner, I can see it being my go to from here on out. For the price, it's my favorite vacuum I've had. If you were considering the whistle with the lift off canister, I would recommend reconsidering and going with this one instead. Even though the canister itself is not portable. This one does allow you to use the hose and attachments in the same way and gets into high up and hard to reach areas.

I've had this vacuum for 2 years now, and I think it's a great vacuum! I think everything was planned out very well! The extension wand is easy to release and use, and the hose unhooks from the extension wand to be used with the attachments also, which they don't show. The turbo attachment is the bomb, it's perfect for vacuuming your mattress, couch, and many other surfaces, the brush and crevice tool come in handy also of course and it's so convenient to empty the contents out. And the retractable cord? OMG! I think it's just an all-around great vacuum, I've been very impressed with it! (I had saved a couple of extra attachments from my old vacuum and they fit this one also so that comes in handy too.)

This is the best vacuum I’ve used in my life and I’m 57 years old.My Dyson vacuums don’t compare and I’ve many of them.I would recommend this vacuum especially if you’ve pets!This vacuum is also light and glides with ease .I vacuumed with my Dyson first then I used Bissell OMG it picked up two full containers 🤮more .

Rating: ZERO STARS. Summary: I had to replace my previous Bissell because after two years, the plastic housing holding the brush roll on the sides shattered while I was using it. I was in a hurry to get another vac so I bought the same but without the swivel feature. Not a big deal. Some of the features were a bit different but easy to figure out. Here's the main problem: This bristles on the brush roll barely protrude beyond the access plate (this is the plate that covers the brush roll and belt). At first I thought maybe the height adjuster was improperly set - nope. So, looking over the bottom and thinking it might be the wheels on the height adjustment plate raised it too high, I decided to remove the access plate then also the height adjustment plate and replace the access plate to see if that was the issue - nope. Still was taking 10+ passes on the [flat] door mat to pick up some dog hair. Day in and day out for several days it was the same. I finally put the vacuum on its side and put a dime on the access plate. The bristles from the brush roll don't reach beyond the thickness of a dime! I love dogs and think the charitable thing Bissell does for strays is great BUT, work on engineering a vacuum that actually functions - one whose bristles touch the floor and then some and one where the molded in cord clip on the handle actually keeps the cord in place (I had to zip tie it to the handle to keep from tripping over it while vacuuming), has onboard places for ALL the accessories supplied. (not just 2), and a longer cord. The window has closed to return it and I can't in good conscience give it away so, I'm throwing it away - a purchase I made just 2 months ago. My previous Bissell, I had to replace the brush roll twice a year (they wore out that fast) and the belts more often. 4.4 stars overall rating for this appliance is shocking. Not even worth 1 for me. I take care of things I own and am not reckless in their use. A vacuum should last more than 2 years, even with daily use in a 1500 square foot house with all tile flooring and a couple area/throw rugs. Buy at your own risk. I'm going back to Shark and will never buy a Bissell product again.

Es muy buena Solo que cuando la apago en las últimas vueltas del rodillo “rechina” un poco a veces Y este modelo cuando se utiliza el mango, sigue funcionando la aspiradora principal, entonces tienes que tener cuidado en donde la estás colocando
