e i must admit these machines are not supposed to be handled roughly, then more likely you are setting up to be failed. if you handled properly they can last for long .

Easy to clean and very handy just bit disappointed as there is no much diffrence between both tha jar. Atleast one should b little more bigger. Apart everything ok Thank you

WARNING: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! SELLER IS NOT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG. It appears to be a very nice, handy tool for your kitchen but it is deceitful. I think it would only blend coffee. If you try to make something else it would soon break. IT IS NOT WORTHY. Before I bought it, I had read some of the feedback and I thought people were just being negative, until it happened to me. Then, the seller said: “Buyer has not taken reasonable care” hence they took 0 responsibility. I used only once and Grinder started immediately as soon as I connected, someone had mentioned the same in one of the feedback. Then I tried some dry fruits and it was working very slowly like the motor didnt have the strength; I added peanut butter, which was apparently my fault, then the motor blew causing a strong bad smell. (see below similar comments from other customers.) Unfortunately the motor has blown after a handful of uses - the burning smell was quite strong. The product itself looks good and has the right features but clearly should last more than 3 months of sparse use. Disappointed with the quality of this product. Whenever I use wet content it leaks heavily and increases the cleaning exercise. After using it for 2 months the motor burnt, the cable melted with a burning smell with smoke and finally stopped working. I need to pursue a replacement since it was insured for two years. If I could give this less than one stars I would, the device burnt out chopping dry bread for breadcrumbs.It was the only time I used it First use was to chop some garlic, lemongrass and ginger. It could not manage these and in seconds the unit started to smoke. Sadly had to return this and will buy another product. I would avoid it. Unfortunately the grinder was useless at sauces such as pesto. My years old Dualit blender attachment was better. A pity as I'm still looking for a good quality spice mill. The lid is poorly manufactured. . The metal tabs are not folded over correctly (top, inside of lid) and could cut fingers when washing if not careful. My grinder starts immediately as soon power is connected. Bought on 19th February Grind cashew nut beautifully but it leaks if I add some liquid to make it creamy.

After the first one arrived with a broken plug the reseller was excellent in sending a replacement straight away once contacted. The grinder is excellent product and superb value for money. Don’t look for more expensive units as this does the job while being very simple to use! Thoroughly recommended!

Why pay more. It's great especially with two different beakers for wet and dry grinding. Just perfect.

It was great while it lasted. Decent for grinding whole spices and coffee beans. I tried making a small batch of paste which burnt the motor out. I can complain too much as it lasted 2 years before I killed it.

The worst Product I have purchased from Amazon. The inner lid to the inner jug is missing. Potential of spilling all time. Shody box, all torn up and just not upto par to be on Amazon

This is the most USELESS piece of kitchen equipment I have bought. Dry grinding is fine BUT wet grind, like oil and herbs......useless. You have to place the clear plastic cup ((they supplied) over the metal cup containing the liquid mix and blades and press down to start the grind. When you do so liquid comes pouring out the sides and goes everywhere, there is no seal between the clear cup and the metal container holding the liquid/herbs etc so it pours out everywhere including from the bottom of the machine through the hole where the power lead comes out. Useless!!!

Not satisfied with the item. The power supply cord for the item is not compatible to Australian power socket (see photo). Unfortunately we can’t use the Grinder. Could you kindly replace with the proper AUS power cord ? I couldn’t open the box and check the items when arrived, as I was travelling during the holiday season.

Not for indian spices. The mixer stopped within seconds of turning it on. It got heated so quickly and I had to wait for 5 mins to turn back on.
