Beautiful faucet. Looks so sleek. Just as pictured. Good water pressure. I like that it’s a Moen product so it’s guaranteed for life. My contractor said it was a very easy install.

These were nice, but I made the mistake and paid more than I wanted for rehab.

Good quality

I have always been a Moen fan due to the quality of their products. However, this model is very disappointing. I have only had this showerhead since May 2025. It was installed correctly and working fine. Unfortunately, the connection part to the showerhead hose and the shower arm pipe is only made of plastic. I have included photos. This piece broke and the shower head came down with force and hit me in the back while I was showering. I do not want the broken part replaced because I have no trust that this product is safe. I am taking the time to write this review as a safety concern for others.

The pressure is amazing, and I love being able to switch between the regular shower head and the handheld wand—especially for rinsing my kids hair or cleaning the tub. Installation was super easy, and I did it myself in under 15 minutes.

The media could not be loaded. I hated it. Planned to return. Then came to really appreciate it.Shower head only review:Immediately was mad. Terrible water pressure. Easy to install but the nozzle wouldn’t stay put, kept slinking down; which I was able to repair eventually. A few of the nozzle holes are already malfunctioning. And note it still is plastic, not a better quality material despite the price point. And I usually hate not having a separate removable arm as to stay under water during use. Not as many nozzle stream options, also not as strong as others I’ve had but work okay. AllBUT…It forced me to slow down into a state of calm in the shower rather than the frenzy of a strong pressure experience. I didn’t realize how much I needed that. Surely also saves water with its lower pressure, and amazingly the water stays hot much longer. Easy to wipe off hard water buildup. I don’t love the softer water pressure, but the way it’s changed my shower experience and helped calm my nervous system is truly surprising. Also, because of this steady slow stream and smaller focused head (especially as opposed to a waterfall type), water isn’t splashing all over the walls and doesn’t steam the room as bad.I’m stunned at this unexpected appreciation for steady but softer water pressure. Bugs me at times but always reminds me to slow my breathing and relax. Respect.Ps the size would be great for a small shower; and fine for one person use in a tub shower.

I knew to choose a quality, nice looking product and glad I chose this one in chrome. Chose it also bc this pull down shower head was larger when others were way too small. I have really enjoyed this in my beautiful renovated bath!

Looks great. Was exactly as described. Contractor made me get this for quality and longevity
