Idk but even the first time I used this, whenever I change the volume in my laptop or misclick the button on wire, it suddenly made the other side muted. The mic is very clear accdg to my co worker, also good speaker unless that muting part. What I also think aside this is it can't be for long wearing, it's not painful when you have a round face. Overall it's good still.

Uncomfortable on your ears, also very stiff, does not block out surrounding noises, doesn't have a function to accept calls or hang up a call. I have a simple Microsoft headset that does all the above and this cannot compare…

Excellent quality as usual and expected from logitech

Microphone is not working after few months of use.
