Fresh breath for sure
I can’t say I’ve noticed a huge difference in whitening, but this definitely leaves my mouth feeling really fresh after brushing. I also like that it doesn’t cause any irritation or sensitivity for me, which some whitening toothpastes do. The mint flavor feels clean without being overpowering and the freshness lasts a while. I’ve already repurchased this and would definitely recommend it if you want a good everyday toothpaste that leaves your mouth feeling clean and fresh.

Family approved! We are not fans of most commercial toothpastes, but Colgate Total 360 is excellent. It provides a deep clean, long-lasting freshness, and a really pleasant feeling after brushing.
